Network Cabling Fundamentals
Hands-on training in structured cabling alongside network technicians. Learned to terminate Cat6 cables using T568B wiring standards, practiced fiber optic safety protocols, and used toning equipment to trace and identify cable runs.

Designed and delivered a full ticketing system for the onsite IT/OT department at Genentech using ServiceNow. Collaborated with system owners to gather requirements, configured the CMDB, trained the team on usage, and created tutorial documentation for ongoing support.

Investigated company motivations and methods for contributing to open source through interviews with 20 participants across 17 companies including Microsoft, Google, and Spotify. Published at IEEE/ACM ICSE 2023.

16-month case study evaluating SocioEconomicMag, an inspection method for socioeconomic inclusivity. Showed the process eradicated 45-54% of SES-inclusivity bugs in a learning management platform.
